Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Absolutely, we carry complete insurance coverage. If you wish, we can provide you with a copy of our insurance policy prior to your rental.

 Our price includes delivery, set-up, and removal of unit.

If local weather forecasts are calling for rain or winds exceeding 15 MPH on the day of your rental, Jump & Play Upstate may have to cancel your rental for safety concerns. Customers do not get a refund if rain occurs after delivery and set up, but we will contact you to discuss options if the weather looks like it may be a factor.

  • Children 8 and under: 8
  • Children 9 to 12: 5 to 6
  • Older teens: 3 to 4
  • Over 17: 2-3

 Yes, our units can be set up indoors or outdoors. Ceiling height should be at least 20 feet high. A school, church gymnasium or auditorium provides plenty of room.

No, we can put the unit on blacktop or parking lots but we prefer grass, as it is safer for the children and easier on the unit.

Yes, the customer must sign a rental agreement stating that he or she understands the terms of the agreement at the time of delivery. You will also need to sign a copy of our Safety Checklist and Rules of Usage.

At least 80 feet is needed to insure parking.

Following each rental, every unit undergoes a cleaning process using commercial-grade vinyl cleaners, along with disinfection and sanitization procedures. Once cleaned, each unit undergoes an inspection to guarantee its cleanliness before the next use.

 

We deliver and set up to the surrounding areas including but not limited to Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Piedmont, Greenville, Woodruff, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Duncan, Fountain Inn, Clemson, Anderson and Spartanburg.

We will refund 50% of your rental amount if it is more than 24 hours prior to rental date.
